Fildza was born and raised in Queens, NY. She started playing the violin when she was 10 years old and attended Frank Sinatra School of the Arts High school for instrumental performance as well Third Street Music School where she studied violin privately. She later went on to receive her Bachelor’s in Music Performance at SUNY Buffalo and completed her Masters in Music Performance at Brooklyn College as a scholar of the Cirio Foundation. She is a registered Suzuki method teacher and completed the two year teacher training program at the School for Strings. She has taught violin group classes in several public schools across NYC and teaches privately in several local studios. She is passionate about educating students through violin and music instruction and hopes to make a positive impact in every community. In addition to teaching, she is also an avid violinist and singer and produces music of her own composition.
