Our Teaching Artist training program has been thriving this year, ;providing a rich series of professional development workshops designed to support and strengthen our instructional team. Since September, we have offered 22 hours of training in classroom management, expanding your teaching artist toolkit, lesson planning, and using music psychology to engage students, among others.

We’ve also had the privilege of welcoming featured presenters, including Allison Wilkinson, founder of the I Am Music Foundation, and Bonny Dieterich, author of Recess Magic, who shared their expertise and  encouraged our teaching artists toward new approaches to classroom learning.

The spring term will be full of additional training and opportunities to explore fresh ideas for engaging and  motivating and students.
