Each day of our three-week summer camp begins with a visit from a world-class artist. During our first week, we welcomed violinist and YCA Artist Lun Li, trumpet player and composer Ella Bric, pianist Llewellyn Sanchez-Werner, violinist and CAG Artist Nathan Meltzer, and bandola virtuosa Maria Fernanda (“Mafer”) Gonzalez.

Guest artists riveted our Junior and Youth Orchestra students with performances and lively Q&A sessions in Juilliard’s Paul Recital Hall, modeling examples of deeply personal musical engagement toward which our students can aspire. We look forward to welcoming another 10 incredible guest artists over the next two weeks, who will continue to inspire our students through their artistry and dedication to music.
