Each year, hundreds of Harmony Program supporters gather for an evening of music and merriment in celebration of the transformational power of music.

The Harmony Program’s 2026 Gala includes a cocktail reception, seated dinner, and live performances.

This year’s event honors Tony, GRAMMY, and Emmy Award-winning Broadway artist Ben Platt for his many musical achievements, and Eliah Seton, CEO of SoundCloud, for over a decade of leadership and support.

Co-Host of CBS Saturday Morning Adriana Diaz will host the festivities.

2026 Artistic Honoree: Ben Platt

Ben Platt is a Tony, Grammy, and Emmy Award–winning actor, singer, and producer best known for originating the title role in Dear Evan Hansen, earning a Tony Award for Best Actor in a Musical and becoming the youngest recipient of the Drama League Award for Distinguished Performance; he later reprised the role on film. He returned to Broadway as Leo Frank in Parade, receiving his second Tony nomination. As a recording artist, he has released three acclaimed albums— 2019’s Sing to Me Instead, 2021’s Reverie, and 2024’s Honeymind—and has headlined sold-out tours at major venues including Madison Square Garden, Hollywood Bowl, and Radio City Music Hall. In 2024, he reopened Broadway’s legendary Palace Theatre with his solo residency Ben Platt: Live at the Palace, and in 2025 brought the concert series to Los Angeles’ Ahmanson Theatre. He will soon star in a 25th anniversary staging of The Last Five Years in 2026. On screen, he starred and served as an executive producer in Ryan Murphy’s The Politician, which earned him a Golden Globe nomination for Best Lead Actor in a Comedy Series; produced, co-wrote and starred in Theater Camp, appeared in the Pitch Perfect films, and is currently filming Merrily We Roll Along, an adaptation of the iconic Sondheim musical which will be filmed over a 20-year period.

2026 Corporate Honoree: Eliah Seton

Eliah Seton is the Chief Executive Officer of SoundCloud, responsible for leading the company’s strategy, operations, and executive team, and working closely with the Board. He joined SoundCloud in 2021 as President, overseeing its Creator and Roster divisions, as well as M&A, business development, and content partnerships. He was appointed CEO in 2023.

Previously, Seton spent over a decade at Warner Music Group, most recently as President of Independent Music & Creator Services, where he led ADA Worldwide and launched WMG’s Arts Music division – quadrupling ADA’s size and expanding its global footprint. He previously served as SVP, Strategy and Operations, and led the CEO Office.

Seton serves on the boards of the Harmony Program, Hasty Pudding Institute, and Bedford Historical Society. Seton is a Harvard College and Harvard Business School graduate.

Host: Adriana Diaz

Adriana Diaz is an Emmy Award winning co-host of CBS SATURDAY MORNING. Additionally, Diaz co-hosts CBS NEWS 24/7 MORNINGS, which streams on CBS News 24/7. Previously, Diaz held several key roles at CBS News, including co-anchor of CBS MORNINGS PLUS, anchor of the Saturday edition of the CBS WEEKEND NEWS, and national correspondent. At the start of 2023, Diaz and her team broke the story of  President Biden’s classified documents.

Diaz has also interviewed leaders across sports, politics, and entertainment, including Tom Hanks, Colin Kaepernick, former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, Bon Jovi, and the Jonas Brothers. Diaz frequently reports on issues facing communities of color locally and nationally. She has covered the gun violence epidemic, including interviewing Chicago gang members for a CBS docuseries about their motivations. She also chronicled the journeys of Central American families attempting to cross Mexico by foot to reach the United States.

Diaz has also served as CBS News’ Asia correspondent based in Beijing, where she used her Mandarin skills to report from China on U.S.-Chinese relations, Chinese politics, science, and culture. Diaz reported from inside North Korea twice, documenting the country’s political pageantry and isolation.

Earlier, Diaz was a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs, working in Equity Sales and Trading. She attended Princeton University, and  earned a dual master’s degree from Columbia University and France’s Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Science Po). A New York City native, Diaz attended Stuyvesant High School. She was Miss New York USA 2006 and Miss New York Teen USA 2003. Her family is from the Dominican Republic, and she speaks Spanish, French, and Mandarin.
