With eight years of experience as a music teacher in public school settings, Bill Russell is a seasoned educator, passionate about expanding access to quality music education. He holds a Master’s Degree in Music Education from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from Rowan University. He is also certified through the Feierabend Association for Music Education, the Organization of American Kodaly Educators, and completed Level II with the American Orff-Schulwerk Association. With a solid foundation in both theoretical knowledge and practical application, Bill strives to create inclusive and engaging learning environments for all students.
