Welcoming Program Associate, Jack Rittendale
We’re so excited to welcome our newest administrative team member, Jack Rittendale! Jack is a violist and music educator who is deeply passionate about extending the joy of music to the next generation of young musicians.
Jack holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Viola Performance from the Manhattan School of Music as well as a Master’s in Education from Columbia University, Teachers College. His previous roles as a Teaching Artist have included positions at the LaGuardia High School of Music and Performing Arts, Mott Hall Middle School, and PS3 Charrette Elementary School.
As a performer, Jack has a lively freelance career with ensembles such as the Brooklyn Chamber Orchestra, Protestra, and the Westside Chamber Players. He is, above all, dedicated to making music accessible for all students through his work at Harmony Program, and helping to foster creative and individual growth through music making.
